Phase I – Assessments are prepared for businesses and real estate transactions. These include property purchases, leases, developments and bank loans. FES Phase I reports follow American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) – Standard E1527 – 05. The ASTM standard follows the United States Environmental Protection Agency Law (40CFR part 312).

Phase II – Should the possibility of chemicals that are potentially hazards be determined in Phase I, FES has the expertise for sampling and analyzing materials to determine chemical levels.
